Since becoming a certified personal trainer in 2014, I have continuously evolved to keep pace with the ever-changing fitness industry. I am committed to staying at the forefront of my field to best serve my clients. To further my education, in 2016 I studied "Recovery Plus" – working alongside physiotherapists in Nuffield Hospitals. During this time, I discovered my passion for the rehab and performance side of training. Subsequently, I founded the EvolveU Training Club – a premium group training facility. I have since qualified as a performance specialist and corrective exercise specialist. Throughout my various pursuits, one thing has remained constant: my unwavering dedication to my clients and their success. I strongly believe in prioritizing movement and performance above all else.

I had a sporting backround before I met Harry and trained a lot via zoom with a trainer in London but diddnt feel like I was getting everything I needed out of my sessions. I got in touch with harry in August 2021 and he has changed my world, i feel fitter, stronger and most of all more mobile.
